AC-13 Gungnir

The Gungnir is a second-generation CHARM manufactured by the Yggdrasil Corporation.

Description

A versatile second-generation CHARM that excels at mid-to-long-ranged combat. In Shooting Mode, it has a number of different firing modes such as "laser machine gun-type", and is a CHARM highly suited for complex engagements where victory will go to the side that puts the most effort into the battle. It's also remarkably fast at transforming into Blade Mode.

Trivia

• The Gungnir is named after the spear of the Norse god Odin.
• In early design sketches, the Gungnir is referred to as the "Imouto-chan (Little Sister) Weapon."
• There is another early design sketch which depicts a modified Gungnir with a Gatling gun-like barrel. This is referred to on the sketch as the "Sagami Girls' version" of the CHARM. It has never been mentioned in stories or official material since, and is probably not canon.
