AC-33 Sohaya-no-Tsurugi
The AC-33 Sohaya-no-Tsurugi (ソハヤノツルギ) is a third-generation CHARM manufactured by Amatsu Heavy Industries.
Description[edit | edit source]
The Sohaya-no-Tsurugi was developed by Amatsu Heavy Industries' Sacred Treasure Development Department. Its shape is patterned off both of Japan's traditional weapons: the sword and the flintlock rifle.
Although officially considered to be a third-generation CHARM, it is closer to a fourth-generation CHARM in some regards, like the Paired Bits it has when in full-capacity Blade Mode.
When Misaka wielded it during the the Odaiba Counteroffensive, it was a prototype with only a basic transformation mechanism between Blade and Shooting Modes, and was thus a second-generation CHARM[1].
