Heaven's Measure
Heaven's Measure (天の秤目) is a Rare Skill.
This Rare Skill allows the user to know the distance between themselves and the target down to the centimeter. It greatly improves their visual acuity while also giving them the ability to reckon distances with their naked eyes alone. Possessing the Heaven's Measure skill grants a Lily unique aptitude as a sniper or mid-range combatant.
Lilies whose mastery of Heaven's Measure reaches Rank S gain an ability called Dead-eye Motion, in which they perceive everything else in the world as slower while their own analytical abilities double in speed.[1]
The subskill version of Heaven's Measure is Magic Eye (魔眼).
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- In the anime and game, Heaven's Measure is visually depicted as a series of complex, glowing circles projected in front of one of the user's eyes.
- In the manga, Heaven's Measure appears to instead be overlaid directly on the user's eye, like a HUD.
- 秤目, translated here as "Measure", specifically means the marks on a ruler or measuring rod.
