Nest

From Assault Lily Wiki

Nests are Caves that an Ultra-type or gigant-type Huge has made permanent. Nests are the bases of the Huge, from which they mount attacks on nearby areas. They are usually located undersea, or in large bodies of water.

In Japan, Nests are closely monitored and assigned ranks, which can rise over time. This rank presumably has something to do with the amount of negative Magi they radiate (see Death Zones below.) Additionally, S-ranked Nests are believed to always be associated with Ultra-types[1].

In some Assault Lily stories, destroying the associated gigant or Ultra will destroy the Nest as well[2].

Death Zones[edit | edit source]

When 5 Nests in close proximity reach grade A or higher, the area surrounding them may become a "Death Zone" as a result. These areas are filled with high concentrations of negative Magi. Because Lilies are unable to enter these areas, destroying Nests in a Death Zone is extremely difficult, and stopping one from forming if the Huge emerging from those Nests could pose a threat to nearby settlements is of paramount importance[3].

There is a Death Zone in the interior of Yamanashi[4].

Notable Nests[edit | edit source]
