The GC-17 Vinst Lilie (ヴィンセツ・リーリエ) is a fourth-generation CHARM manufactured by Yggdrasil.
Description
[edit | edit source]As part of the “Vinst” project launched by Yggdrasil Corporation for the development of 4th-generation CHARM, this unit was brought into Yurigaoka Girls' Academy’s Arsenal Division as a test model for combat evaluation.
A major factor was the presence of Mashima Moyu at the academy, who had previously participated in the development of 4th-generation models. Although originally intended to be used by a Lily from the academy, it was adjusted by Mashima Moyu for Shiba Tomoshibi and is currently operated by her.
The name “Vinst Lilie” means “Lily of Victory.”[1]
Users
