Jogashima Girls' High School of Technology (城ヶ島工科女子高等学校) is a Garden in Kamakura, Japan.

All of Jogashima's students are Arsenals, and they could be said to be the origin of the "Combat Arsenal" education paradigm. It is managed as a joint investment between several CHARM makers, and performs tests of many in-development Charms. For example, Hihiirokane's latest model, the Kuruzzi, was tested at Jogashima before it even went into limited production. For Arsenals, this Garden is a perfect place where they can go hands-on with almost all CHARMs, including those still in development.

Jogashima Arsenals also develop their own CHARMs, ultimately culminating in the CHARM designed as their graduation project. Those who choose to enroll in Jogashima usually already have a clear vision of what kind of CHARM they want to make, so their time up until graduation is spent on the development and testing of that CHARM. These CHARMs are unnamed. They get model numbers, as well as names, when the completed designs are adopted by a CHARM maker.

Jogashima's Combat Arsenals operate in fixed groups of 3, and often reinforce other Gardens in fighting battles outside Jogashima's territory.
