Louloudis Blomstedt

Louloudis Blomstedt (ルルディス・ブロムシュテット) is a first year Lily who attends St. Mercurius International School. She belongs to 1st Sky Wing "Michael" and also serves as a commander within the Wing. Once on the road to becoming an actress, she early on decided to become a real star as a Lily, and went to Japan to do it.

Personality

On the one hand, Louloudis comes off as a "somewhat inflexible disciplinarian" who speaks in stiff language. She's known as "Sergeant Oni" due to her unrelenting approach to tactics, famously saying things like, "Save telling me it's impossible or hopeless for when it's actually that and get to it!" For all of that however, Louloudis has a deep affection for others within her, as seen with her acting as though Chemir's big sister and mediating when Altea Alessandrini and Kawamura Yuzuriha get into arguments. For all her stern nature, she's a born leader, and has the respect of those around her.

Now if only she could get Chemir to be slightly less addicted to gaming.

History

Louloudis was born in Sweden to parents that both were involved in show business. She herself took on roles as a child actor, wanting to please her parents. But in elementary school she began to think that she didn't want to be a light for humanity as an actress, but rather to serve humanity by fighting the Huge directly. With her excellent physical coordination and an evaluation of having a high enough Skiller Value, Louloudis decided she would in fact become a Lily.

Sweden had the prestigious Heimskringla Trädgård Garden already, but she wanted to go where there was harder fighting going on, which just so happened to be Japan. Her parents supported her, and in her third year as an elementary student (around the age of nine) she went to live in Japan on her own. She'd always been a mature-seeming girl, who could even then make her own choices in life.

This decisiveness showed itself as leadership potential when, on her first day at St. Mercurius, she made herself the center of attention by standing up for Chemir Friedheim, who had been bullied at the time. This earned her a deep affection from the other girl, and the two of them have been close ever since.

In her second year of middle school, Louloudis lost her rival, Ronja Mirring, who took a hit for her on the battlefield and then went missing. Ronja's actual fate is unknown, and to this day Louloudis wears Ronja's flower ornament in her hair, making sure to touch it after every battle, just to make sure she remembers her lost friend.

In the final year of middle school, Louloudis captained the St. Mercurius Junior High Division Reserve Team, and commanded it alongside Kaede Johan Nouvel. With three Regista-awakened (two of them Linkers) and three Phantasm-awakened, the team took victory over their eternal rivals, Yurigaoka, for the first time in Mercurius's history. It was with that feather in her cap that Louloudis entered high school, and became commander of Mercurius's flagship Sky Wing, Michael.

Combat Style

Preferring accuracy and reliability, Louloudis's CHARM handling is by-the-book perfection. While not refined or elegant, her speed and power more than make up for it. During a Neunwelt, she is an archetypal commander, dominating the field from center TZ. Defensively, she shows the same solid, reliable style as a BZ, so much so that she's been praised for her tactical skill that belies her age.

Relationships

From St. Mercurius International School:

Chemir Friedheim: Stood up for Chemir in elementary, and they've been close ever since. Dotes on her like a little sister, but sometimes it's evident Chemir is the one in charge.
Ronja Mirring: Was a close friend and rival, but she went missing after taking a hit for Louloudis on the battlefield. The flower ornament Louloudis wears was once Ronja's.
Nyx Currentzis: A senpai Louloudis respects.
Altea Alessandrini: Altea particularly cherishes her. Since Louloudis joined Wing Michael, Altea's work has lessened considerably, and Altea trusts her to handle her sister Lemie.

From Yurigaoka Girls' Academy:

Kaede Johan Nouvel: Teammates in middle school; even after Kaede transferred they remain friends.
Rokkaku Shiori: The two were often said to be similar, so much so that they started comparing notes, then finally met in person and became friends. Lately, Louloudis has gotten into ceramics and other handicrafts due to Shiori's influence.

Ishikawa Aoi: Teammates in middle school; even after Aoi transferred they remain friends.

Louloudis was born in Sweden.
Both of her parents were in the acting business, and she herself did acting as a child.
Although not officially stated to have any subskills, there's a tweet from Fumi that suggests Louloudis is a Linker. Since she has Regista already, that would mean she has the Rainbow Path subskill.
Louloudis's surname may be a reference to real world classical music conductor Herbert Blomstedt.
