Chemir Friedheim

Chemir Friedheim (チェミル・フリードハイム) is a first year Lily who attends St. Mercurius International School. She is a member of 1st Sky Wing "Michael". A boisterous crybaby who loves playing video games, Chemir is on her individual merits a star Lily, but she doesn't strive to make much of a name for herself. When Kaede Johan Nouvel led a middle school team to victory over Yurigaoka, Chemir was one of the members of that team.

Overview

A new first year student at St. Mercurius, Chemir has a bright personality and strongly prefers harmony. She hates arguments and shouting matches to the point that she'll break down crying, bringing arguments quickly to an end. Chemir can be a bit of a mess, often forgetting things she needs or making mistakes, but her comments during those times makes others laugh, and she can always lighten the mood in any room.

Chemir is well-known as someone who readily cries, yet despite that, she always tries her best and gives everything she does her all. Those tears come whether she's happy or sad, so the people around her have simply grown accustomed to it. Despite the ease of her tears, she's a girl brimming with curiosity, so she's always poking her nose into whatever catches her attention, and often gets carried away with whatever she finds.

No one would claim Chemir's mental state is strong, so she often needs affection from her "oneesan playactor," Louloudis Blomstedt. In middle school, the two fought alongside one another often, and it was there that Chemir awakened to her miraculous rare skill, Phantasm.

Though there's a lot about her that could be said to be immature, when push comes to shove, she comes through always; a quintessential trait for many Phantasm-awakened. Also, she loves playing mobile games, so she keeps her phone in her bag at all times.

Her Origins & Meeting Louloudis

Chemir is a Russian national. Her father is a German-born Turkish man, and her mother is a native of Russia. Her unusual name comes from her grandfather, who had the same name. Both of her parents worked in the CHARM manufacturing industry, and when they were transferred to Japan, she went with them.

Even as a child, it was discovered that Chemir had a very high Skiller value, so her parents naturally encouraged her to enroll in St. Mercurius's kindergarten. Despite doing so, she displayed no talent whatsoever for being a Lily. If anything, she was considered an underachiever.

Nevertheless, she went on to elementary at St. Mercurius, and it was then that she was assigned her training CHARM. Chemir requested a hyper-offensive model, which are difficult to control at the best of times. An inexperienced and even lacking Lily like Chemir had, it was felt, no hope of using one. Her classmates made fun of her choice, and it was all Chemir could do to laugh along with their taunts, despite feeling hurt inside. Who stepped in to help her at that moment was the new transfer student, Louloudis.

"She might not be able to use it now, but that won't always be the case! If it's the CHARM she wants to use, what's the problem? That's the one she ought to use, and I'm going to help her!"

Amidst all the doubt of her capabilities as a Lily, Louloudis was the first person to ever take Chemir as a serious Lily candidate. That moment became a special memory for Chemir, and wouldn't you know it, after that point her talent as a Lily began to blossom, little by little.

• Louloudis Blomstedt: Plays an "oneesan" role for Chemir. Chemir is dependent on her, and loves her immensely.
• Lemie Alessandrini: Lemie is often jealous of Chemir due to how close she is with Louloudis.

• Kawamura Yuzuriha: They meet up a lot to hang out, and under Yuzuriha's influence, Chemir has copied her style of socks.
• Kawanabe Nazuna: Friends; Chemir recommends games to her. "The hot thing right now is zombie games! ♪"
