Aoki Kaho
Aoki Kaho (青木夏帆) is a second year Lily who attends Yurigaoka Girls' Academy. She is a member of Legion Lohengrin. Known for her pallid countenance and somewhat unreactive personality, she gives off a "zombie-like" impression, but she's known as a "genius AZ," having had the highest accuracy rate on Neunwelt finish shots during her time in Alfheimr 1st.
Personality
[edit | edit source]Kaho has something of a "cool beauty" personality. She rarely reacts to much, and often takes things very calmly. She's even noted to be all but immune to the idea of ghosts or the effect of horror films. On the other hand, it's more like only intense emotions show through, as she is highly protective of her friends and both can and will get in other peoples' faces if they talk bad about them. She's particularly noted to be this way about Takegoshi Chihana and Sejima Hiromu.
This personality likely comes from the fact that she was subjected to boosting procedures that nearly broke her. For a long time after, and even now, she suffered from side effects of the experiments she was subjected to.
History
[edit | edit source]There is little information available for Kaho's past, but it is known that she was part of the 13 Sisters Project, and was slated to become the ace of the Second Unit legion. This means that from a very young age she was experimented on, undergoing torturous boosting procedures. One effect of this was her aberration expression, Terror, which had lasting ramifications in the improvement of Area Defense technology, as well as in some CHARMs, such as the DC-23 Thần Kiếm.
Presumably, Kaho was rescued from the 13 Sisters Project and brought to Yurigaoka. She would later end up at Yamanashi during the Koshu Withdrawal, and would become a member of Legion Álfheimr (1st generation). She also participated in the Odaiba Counteroffensive as a member of the 3rd Division.
After Alfheimr 1st disbanded, Kaho followed Chihana into Lohengrin, and even became Chihana's roommate. Though in middle school Kaho and Taniguchi Hijiri had fought over who would become Rokkaku Shiori's Schutzengel, when she lost that fight, Kaho immediately turned around and aggressively pursued Sejima Hiromu.
Relationships

- Sejima Hiromu: Schild. Though many view Kaho's treatment of Hiromu as strict, Kaho genuinely views Hiromu as important to her.
- Takegoshi Chihana: Roommates, and close friends.
- Watanabe Akane: Ex-roommate; the side effects of Boosting were harsh on Kaho, and Akane took care of her often. They're still on good terms.
- Hasebe Touka: While in Alfheimr 1st together, Touka at times would grow jealous of Kaho over Chihana.

- When she was roommates with Akane, Kaho would at times sleep walk at night, which often startled the easily-scared Akane
- Her aberration, Terror, emits an aura around her which forces Mid-size Huge and smaller to flee from her
