This is a list of notable individuals in the Assault Lily world who are not currently Lilies, Madecs, or anything similar.

Note that some characters who were formerly Lilies are still capable of wielding a CHARM and fighting weak Huge. These characters are also listed in the Lily category for their Garden, and several of them are playable in Last Bullet. However, people over the age of 18, regardless of their remaining fighting ability, generally cannot take part in the Neunwelt Tactic and are not considered Lilies.
