Takamatsu Kogetsu

Takamatsu Kogetsu is the acting chairman of Yurigaoka Girls' Academy. He is the younger brother of Takamatsu Shiera. He also fought by Shiera's side in the Antarctic Campaign long ago; the two of them were among the few survivors of the battle.
