Tozaki Moka
Tozaki Moka (外崎杏花) is a second year Lily who attends Kamba Girls' High School for the Fine Arts. She is not currently associated with a legion. A childhood friend of Homma Akehi who had been missing for a long time until she suddenly showed up at Kamba as a new transfer Lily, and a Boosted Lily at that. Despite not having been at Kamba until recently, Moka has already made waves thanks to her insistence on being a wizard.

Personality
[edit | edit source]Though a second year Lily, Moka is often mistaken for a first year due to her somewhat childish personality. Cheerful, energetic, and also with a healthy dose of whimsy that's coupled with a grand imagination, she certainly seems younger than one would think at first. Her love of fantasy, particularly dragons and wizards (indeed, she wears a big wizard hat!) only exacerbate the misconception, and her propensity for making up names and incantations for her attacks seal the image.
However, for all of her whimsy, it's hard to deny Moka is indeed a powerful Lily while in battle. Despite her chanting and shouting of attack names, she's reliable and solid on the field of battle.
History
[edit | edit source]Like Akehi, Moka lived in Kyoto. She became orphaned and separated from Akehi (as well as their non-blood related "big sister," Tohno Shizuka) when a large Cave opened up nearby to where she lived, allowing the Huge to ransack the city. It's believed she then passed into the hands of extremists from GEHENA, who forced her to undergo boosting procedures. At some point afterwards she was rescued by the moderate GEHENA lab, Irmin-Lillian Labs, where she recovered from her trauma.
While recovering, she learned that Akehi was a Lily registered at Kamba, and she eventually transferred into the school herself.
Incantations
[edit | edit source]During battle, Moka has a habit of chanting or calling attack names like she's in a battle manga (she claims she borrows power from the demons within her "grimoire"). The following are examples taken from the Last Bullet story segments in which Moka appears.
