Sacred Dominator is a Rare Skill.

Sacred Dominator converts all the ambient Magi in its user's vicinity to be positive, making it usable to her and her fellow Lilies, and just as importantly removing negative Magi from their surroundings. It is capable of neutralizing the effect of Death Zones, and also impairs the ability of the Huge to fight within its area of influence[1]. It can prevent the negative Magi buildup caused by Lunatic Trancer; however, it doesn't interfere with the use of Boosted Skills powered by negative Magi[2]. The skill's Magi consumpion is relatively low[3].

While Sacred Dominator enhances the stability of the Neunwelt Tactic, Laplace is significantly more potent in this regard[4].

Kondo Misaka is the only Lily known to have this skill[1].

No subskill version of Sacred Dominator is currently known to exist.

Trivia

  • According to Mashima Moyu, Sacred Dominator has the same root as the Rare Skills Heliosphere and Laplace[5].
  • A few special-type Huge possess an ability known as "Dominator", which has a similar effect but converts Magi to be negative instead. Sacred Dominator was most likely named in analogy to this.

Laplace has a definite advantage in this matter." Translation by rluka.
